Adorable, light-filled, recently-renovated, and furnished 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1940’s cottage-style home. Beautifully decorated with modern finishes and mid-century charm to create a timeless and elevated style. Private sitting and eating area on back deck surrounded by a beautiful garden of grass and flowers and two large shade trees. Easy walk to downtown Medford, restaurants, food trucks, and shopping. Easy drive to hiking trails, Rogue River, wineries, and wilderness adventures.

This cottage was so wholesome! It had everything my partner and I needed. The backyard is beautiful! I personally loved the cute decor, too. The bed was comfortable and we loved that there were hangers in the closet! Brienne was very nice and responded quickly when we had some questions. Overall, we LOVED it here and would definitely stay again.

The cottage was great and we enjoyed the all the interesting decor. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen and bathroom, and then some. Our Host was very responsive and helpful when we reached out with questions. The location was very convenient to not only towns like Jacksonville, Ashland, etc., and major stores, but to terrific local wineries like Naumes Suncrest Winery and restaurants (we were repeat customers at The Four Daughters and Buttercup Bakery, both just a few blocks blocks away). Thank you, Brie and Chad!

The house was very cute. Beds were firm. Linens were of a nice quality. There were ample lighting options. The air conditioning was not on when we arrived, and we only found one unit in the main part of the house. It was hard to get the bedrooms, cool enough to sleep in by the time we were ready to go to bed. We placed fans in the doorways and slept with the doors open, and that worked out OK. There was a great collection of fans and space heaters available. I may have just missed it, but I didn’t notice any sort of house instructions within the home. There was a ceiling fan in the main area we weren’t able to get to work. Could’ve been dead batteries in the remote or operator error I.e. me

Holly House was a great place for our adventure out to Crater Lake. We also enjoyed some local wineries. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed to enjoy cooking in.

Comfortable, clean house in a great location to explore Medford and surrounding sites. Quiet neighborhood. Host should consider changing curtains in front bedroom to something thicker (blackout type). The west facing bedroom really heats up with the afternoon summer sun and better curtains would help moderate this afternoon heat. A/C from living room worked hard to cool off the front of the house. We enjoyed our stay!

In Medford visiting and preparing for wedding for our daughter. Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to area restaurants and grocery. It was a nice deep breath to relax and slow down. For example, the maker is a French press (or the stove top percolator). Enjoyed the simplicity and all the great natural light that poured into the home throughout the day. Also enjoyed the wild gardens in both the front and back yards. Lavender up the walk way, a large holly tree the backyard with a beautiful rose garden and nice patio for morning coffee. If you are ready to linger and relax, you will enjoy the Holly House.

Cute and comfortable

Really nice property, nicely decorated, everything you need is there. Close to everything, Medford is easy to get around. We had a neighborhood wide power outage that affected the heater somehow. The owners had a neighbor come right over to check it out. We were able to get an alternate heat source up and running. It just happened to be a rainy, chilly couple of days, but we were cozy!All said, we had a lovely time here.

Lovely clean house

This home is in a nice area of Medford with sidewalks and parks nearby. The home is clean and the furniture is comfortable. It has a minimalist Vibe with self-help and yoga books, yoga mat and supplies, and organic teas.and coffee. I especially enjoyed the beautiful back yard.
