“Rooms are strange with wood floor and metal frames so it makes it loud ”

“ADA rooms show bed and recliner. Pictures of our exact booked room show recliner. No recliner in room with room in shower - even though it was clearly shown for that exact room.”

“We arrived at the hotel and unloaded all our luggage in our room. I didn't notice right away, but I eventually caught this exposed, bare wiring sticking out from under the light fixture. I had my 4 year old in the room at the time clicking all the light switches on and off. I'm no electrician but I'm pretty sure if this wire was live, my toddler could have been SHOCKED. I brought this up to the front desk along with pictures and they apologized, but told me they were unable to comp or discount...

“It really was a sanctuary! I had car troubles on a trip and this was a lovely home away from home. It had everything I needed and then some. I don't even have a dog but I think it's awesome that you have a pet door to the backyard!”

“Love the staff but your water pressure sucks. Using an energy saving shower head DOES NOT save money! The shower in the room I had was a mere trickle and I left each day feeling soapy which made me itch!! So for that I give my overall rating as ☹️😡”
