“The staff was extremely friendly, checkin was a breeze. Our suite was beautiful. We were shocked to see all the amenities the room included that were not listed. Breakfast could have been a bit better with some more options. Other than that our only complaint was not having the infant crib we requested for the room but thankfully we brought our own as a back up. Excellent hotel overall. It was right next to a Funplex so double to fun without having to go far ”

“The room was fine but could not access internet and was told some rooms had poor internet connection. After much complaining I was allowed to switch rooms. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and helped me to switch rooms and I was then able to access internet however it was quite time consuming and inconvenient. Room was comfortable however. Breakfast that was included was minimal at best. I only booked this hotel on Expedia because I was offered a One Key credit card that said I would...
