“Clean room,free parking”

“A clean room and friendly staff are the two things I want from an economy hotel, and White Oaks was excellent with both. The front desk staff was very nice on check in - quick, pointed us to our room, told us about local food options - and the room was already air-conditioned during a heat wave. Staff remade beds and replaced soaps daily. The room was down to the "details". Very satisfied with my stay and would go again if I was in the area.”

“Stayed 5 nights over the 4th of July weekend. Room smells of smoke. Black mold. Filthy carpet she’s in(bottom of my feet turned black)”

“There was nothing to like. The place looked like a place that is dilapidated. The tub was grimy. The bed headboard was scratched. The sheet smelled horrible. They did not come to clean and put new towels in the room. When I came there were no new towels and the bed was not made. The place smelled. The picture I saw online is completely the opposite of the reality of that place. It is a ghetto place that I will never ever stayed at again. If people are being charged, you should use that...
