“Underneath the beds was dirty and dusty, with small pieces of trash - it’s clear housekeeping doesn’t vacuum underneath them. I was also surprised to find no microwave in my room.
Everything else was great. Staff were kind and welcoming, breakfast portions typical. ”

“Cracks and flakes above my bed and in the bathroom ceiling. View of the pool, that was not in use understandably was bad. Leaves all in the pool area, was not inviting to sit outside because of how it looked. Free breakfast was a joke, all of the juice in the juice machine was out. Coffee was sub, and the pancake machine was down and appeared to have been down for a while. Helpful if staff could speak English and answer questions if you have a question. I would not recommend this hotel. Only...
