“I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medicine Hat Transcanada Hwy 1. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and my room was comfortable and spotless. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The amenities were excellent, and everything made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. “ALL of the staff were friendly and so accomodating. I really loved that they opened a line of communication via text the day before my reservation. The hotel itself has just gone through a renovation and wow, they did an amazing job! The lobby is nice, open, and organized with a friendly staff member at the desk.
