“Motorcycle friendly, some small dirt/gravel, but manageable while manoeuvring around the parking lot to my room. The restaurant next to the motel was amazing. Best chicken korma I have had in years. Well done. Kind, attentive & down to earth owners & manager in restaurant. Will book again. 👍”

“We stay at this hotel every time we come to Medicine Hat. It is reasonably priced and includes every thing you could need, complete with a great hot breakfast. That in itself is worth an extra $30 for 2 people!”

“Came in from a night of driving and the main area is nice and that's basically it. The hallways feel like you're in a prison. When entering the room I was met with the most foul smell ever and food stains and gods knows what else covering the walls of the room. I have never seen a hotel this disgusting in my life. I am not a very picky person but I absolutely could not stay in such a filthy place and honestly made me feel so unsafe. The people at the front would not let me cancel for a refund...

“Asking for an early check in after a 3 hr drive, we were shocked that there would be a $25 SURCHARGE even though the room was already cleaned and ready. BREAKFASTS were adequate but good. ROOM was neat, clean but laking backup supplies. Needed to ask TWICE for a roll of toilet paper when the one on the wall was the only one there. “I’ve stayed here in the past and I’m really pleased to see the rooms have been fully renovated. The room was clean enough, besides the floors that didn’t seem swept or mopped. Breakfast was good, there is laundry on site, and we had a full size fridge and hot plate in our room. The staff were amazing, particularly Sandhu who made us feel very welcome, recommended services and amenities around the city, and he was very accommodating and helpful during our stay.”

“From check-in to check-out and all points between, we enjoyed our 2-night stay! The room was very clean, nicely equipped with a kitchenette, and very quiet. The breakfast was surprising with the omelet and French toast station and we found the breakfast staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The only suggestion I'd make is that it would have been nice to have an earlier start time for the pool.”
