“Beautiful location. Everything was clean and well kept. Check-in was confusing as there was no staff. We drove around for a while until we found a basket with my name on it and a key. The shared bathrooms were nicely kept. Great pool. Great location. Would highly recommend ”

“The property is nestled in the Medina mountains in an 11 room resort and spa. The owners met with us each night sharing stories, laughs, wine and food. In the morning we hiked up the mountain trail to a cabin with a back deck that overlooked the hillside. If you want peace, quiet, no children and good old fashion conversation you will not find any better than Escondida Resort. The entire staff is humble, courteous and good people to share a cup of coffee or a laugh. I highly recommend this...

“This stay was to celebrate my sister's 70th birthday. I chose this location because 2 of her high school friends made arrangements for lunch at The Laurel Tree and we wanted some quality time together. This was the perfect spot! The house was the perfect size and we both really enjoyed the country air. The house was clean and the beds were quite comfortable.”
