“Everything was fine except the pool & hot tub were closed for repairs which really disappointed our granddaughter. The plans were that she would come over & use the pool with Grandma & Grandpa while we were visiting. ”

“The location and the outside area felt sketchy. Still thought we would give it a chance. The lobby looked nice. The room looked nice, however, there were ants in the bathroom and the blankets were stained. We decided right away that we just werent going to stay there. I went and checked out after only being there for 15 mins. When i told the guy at the front desk that we weren't going to stay and why, he didn't say anything, just checked us out on the computer and told me have a nice day.”

“There was no hot tub! I booked this hotel for my Anniversary specificly due the hot tub and the hot tub alone. So having no hot tub really upset me and ruined our Anniversary night. The lady at check in front desk was rude with guests, someone on the phone, and with me. When we went to the”

“Very clean, nice location, super quiet! The price doubles next week when we are back for another tournament, but it's too expensive to stay again, sadly. ”

“The room we got initially we had problems with the entry key not working. What a pain to experience. Finally had to take a different room and not what we registered for.”

“Booked room about 3 Weeks ago for a comedy show in the area...the day of the show...go an email from the hotel saying "the elevator" was down...thinking it might be working in time for check-in...get to the hotel just to find out the elevator been down since October 25'..this should've been know well before check-in date...so now it's either go pay 3x as much for a close hotel or walk up 3 flights of steps because no one in the area has rooms available...VERY POOR MANAGEMENT 😡😡😡‼️”

“Needed a cot, food options were limited and what was available, was too expensive for what you got. Limited amenities. Probably exploring other options next time. Not terrible, just not the most pleasant experience. Elevator situation desperately needs improvement ”
