The Domaine de Nail cottage offers beautiful bright rooms on 2 levels, with all the living areas on the ground floor as well as a bedroom (2 twin beds 80*200 put together) with its private bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the 2nd with 2 90 beds. All bedrooms have storage and a desk.
The ground floor offers beautiful volumes for the whole family. The living room, 32m², offers a lounge area with TV and wood stove, as well as a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, 20m², opens through a bay window onto the terrace, facing South-East. The view is clear on a large grassy field, ideal for games (small football goal), and further away, the ponies graze peacefully. The setting is conducive to rest.
The cottage is on a plot of land with a group of houses, but it is completely independent and quiet, with its private outdoor spaces. Ping-pong table available.
Hiking starts directly from the cottage. Other trails 3km away. Greenway 6km away: Laval - La Rincerie (old railway line).
All shops and services are in Craon 9km away, or in Château-Gontier 14km (hospital, marina, etc.).
For your leisure activities, don't miss the Robert Tatin museum in Cossé le Vivien (22km), known for its alley of giant statues in particular. The Slate museum in Renazé (16km). The Refuge de l'Arche in Château-Gontier, 14km away, is a must-see in Mayenne with its thousand animals welcomed.
For water sports, marina in Château-Gontier, rental of electric boats, pedal boats, paddles, kayaks, but also muscular and electric bikes for young and old to travel the towpath of the Mayenne or Vélofrancette.
