“Great location in the town centre, easy walk to the beach. Lots of close-by dining options. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself very clean and inviting, there was space inside and outside for sitting and relaxing. My only comment is the hotel had no air conditioning. “Hotel Steenhuyse was a very nice place for me to stay on my cycling trip to Flanders. Bart was a great host. He even sat and had a nice chat with me at breakfast. My room was very large, clean, and well-decorated. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of meats, breads, pastries, and cereals. As a cycling fan from the U.S., I couldn't recommend a hotel more than this one. It is a few steps away from the Tour of Flanders museum, and a short ride from the famous climbs of the Ronde.
