“The hotel is located in Meiringen, which is connected to Interlakhen OST and Luzern by train. Lake Brienz is also pretty close to the property. The room was spacious, had all amenities. Though like many other Intrelaken Hotels, the hotel does not have AC, however, they provided table fan, which is sufficient. Hotel provides a free pass to ride to local cable car and public bus services. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at SwissPeaks. Meiringen was a pleasant surprise as a wonderful town with beautiful waterfalls within walking distance or a short drive. The Aare Gorge was gorgeous and worth checking out. The only downside was the lack of a washing machine in the unit and the need to make a reservation, which we could not get.”

“In der sehr schönen, gepflegten und sehr sauberen Wohnung haben wir uns ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt. Gute Betten, angenehme Temperatur (Bodenheizung), sonniger Balkon mit Bergsicht. Da das Auto in der Tiefgarage parkiert werden kann, können Helme und Skischuhe auch im Auto trocknen und müssen nicht mit in die Wohnung genommen werden. In 8 Fussminuten ist das Zentrum von Meiringen erreicht, wo es eine tolle Auswahl an guten Restaurants gibt und wo auch ein Shoppingausflug in gut sortierten...

“The views from the apartment where amazing. We had the apartment in the last building which gave us a perfect view of nearly 360 of the mountains and waterfalls around the area. Overall we all slept comfortably. If I have any issues… The apartment was very clean and nice but did not seem to have any vibe with its decor. Unfortunately we were not able to get into the sauna which seemed to be locked but no big deal. And biggest issue isn’t with property at all.. the flies in Switzerland were crazy...
