Both bedrooms, the living room and the hallway have laminate flooring, the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.It is possible to use the quiet garden behind the house. There is a small playground with a swing and sandpit, garden furniture and a barbecue. The property is fully fenced and has its own car park which can be used free of charge.
