Harbor Escape - Family Beach House near the Ocean

Indulge in seaside serenity at our brand-new beach home, mere steps from the ocean in picturesque Melbourne Beach. This spacious 3,670 Sq. Ft. retreat features six cozy bedrooms, ensuring ample space for family and friends. With two living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining room, it's perfect for shared moments. Unwind in the game room or bask in the sun-drenched pool area, complete with comfortable pool furniture. Your ultimate haven for beachside bliss and cherished memories!

★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★

- Check-in is at 4PM / Check-out is at 10AM.
- A barbecue grill is NOT provided.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- The entrance to the complex is gated.
- We do offer a pack-n-play and highchair as courtesy. For additional ones, there is a fee of $45 per pack-n-play and $25 per highchair.

★ POOL INFO ★

- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay.
- Pool heat fee: $35 per day + taxes.
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-• day advance notice.
- Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated.
- Pool size: 11’ x 22’.

You must ensure your children’s safety, including supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

★ PARKING ★
There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property.

Street parking and parking on the garden/grass area are not permitted in the community.

Boats are not allowed.

A penalty fee will be applied for breaking the rules.

The house was beautiful and fit 11 adults very comfortably. We had quite a few small issues over the weekend. Unfortunately the host was unable to rectify most of the issues. Hopefully they fix all the items we brought to their attention before the next guests arrive.

Family vacation

Check in was super easy! The house is gorgeous! Having everyone have their own bathroom was a life saver with teens! The pool is gorgeous! The only issue was the walking gate coming into the neighborhood back from the beach we couldn’t get any of the codes to work so we just used the car gate. Kitchen was a dream!

Conrad reunion

House was clean but stairs board broken and jagged, stains on couchs,outdoor cushions, tear in upstair couch, water stain on coffee table, 2 light bulbs missing dining, kickplate in kitchen broken, stove marks, patio sandy couldnt rinse off and got bitten badly with samd flees, fussball counter broken, dart holes all over wall. Water went out whole area water dept said it was scheduled from 10pm-6am we weren't notified by property manager couldnt take showers, wash clothes. And few other things, but we enjoyed our stay. I would refer people here.

A family that prays together stays together

The house was beautiful, clean and had plenty of towels in the master bedroom. We loved having most of the rooms with its own separate bathroom. There were some items that needed to be repaired but we would book again. I loved the kitchen set up and the heated pool.

Spring Break

Overall we loved it. Code didn’t work on the door so I had to call. Not ideal but I was only on hold for a few minutes. Ended up having to use the lock box and key the whole week. Biggest frustration was the game room. Kids were excited about that but the air hockey table didn’t work, and all the darts were broken on the dart board. So that was a let down. Kitchen wasn’t super well stocked, but it was fine. Pool area said no glass, but there wasn’t much in the way of plastic cups or plates/bowls at all. Also the lights above the island, I could never get them to turn on. I expect they didn’t work, because I tried everything. Heated pool was amazing, beach access with the bathroom was amazing. Having a bathroom on the beach for all these kids is one of the best things, and we didn’t even know that. Make sure to advertise that well. We loved all the towels available in the master closet. We didn’t know they were there until we found them though.

Lots of space.

The house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space. That being said, the electrical breaker didn’t have enough power to supply a noise machine and a phone charger without flipping the breaker in the bedroom. The receptacles didn’t work in the bathroom so the hair dryers wouldn’t work or straightening your hair in the mirror wasn’t possible. For being able to accommodate 12 people the kitchen wasn’t equipped for that. It very well could be because the house is new but bring the extras to cook with seasoning, tin foil, plastic wrap etc. Pay for the pool heat! The beach access was nice and so was the community pool. The dolphins visited a couple of days, the kids loved it!

Beautiful Home

Heated pool great for the family

The home was much larger than we expected and gave our large family more than enough space to all have their own rooms and bathrooms. The pool was extra warm and everything was clean and organized. The great location allowed us to visit a few different beaches in the area. Overall it was the perfect spot for a laid back, inexpensive family vacation.
