    • Price for the usage of the grill is $100
    • We do not offer any BBQ Grill utensils
    • Grill will be locked, and can only be unlocked once the payment is complete
    • A penalty fee of $250 will apply for any damages caused by the bad usage of the grill

    ★ PARKING ★
    There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property.

    Street parking and parking on the garden/grass area are not permitted in the community.

    Boats are not allowed.

    A $100/day penalty will be applied for any violation of these rules.

The house is spacious, clean, and mostly as expected in the listing. My issue is with the bbq grill. This is the only listing I’ve ever been charged to use the grill. It is in the description so I knew this going in. However, I paid the fee and when I checked the propane tank it was empty. I called and was told I was responsible for providing the fuel which is not in the description. Either way, paying to use the grill and then buying propane is excessive for the price paid to rental this property.

Our stay was everything we were looking for. We would like more TVs in the bedroom and a curtain @ the sliding doors. We will stay again. Thanks Veronica

Chaos from the start

First we were told the dryer didn’t work with no options. Then after I complained I was finally allowed to use a small unit that was the owners which I was not offered at first. Then our bathroom door was locked so some man walksd in wirh no shoes and unlocked if. Then the wifi would not work and I was told the company would need to come out with no timeline. The next day someone got the internet company on phone and my son in law fixed it. The bathroom fixtures were missing and the pool had alot of sand in it. It was just chaos. After the first 24 hours of chaos we enjoyed our stay but I feel like the management group needs to step up their process a little

The house was beautiful and very rooming. Pool was great. Beach was awesome, access was confusing.

Beach access was confusing but management responded quickly.
