  • Everything you need for a wonderful beach getaway. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach house to stay. Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for your stay. Less than a block from the beach! A simple 1 hour drive from theme park attractions in Orlando, 1 hour from the world famous Kennedy Space Center, a quick 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach, and a short 8 minute drive to downtown Melbourne.

    This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home is nestled on a quarter acre surrounded by palms, one block from the beach. The private backyard is great for kids, pets and family get togethers. We offer three queen beds and a pull out couch, a spacious well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

    We have 3 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a beach bag and two beach cruisers for your beach enjoyment.

    You will fall in love with Melbourne Beach, an area rich in history, culture and great restaurants.

Incredible Beach Home

I can’t stress enough how stunning and amazing this home was. Very welcoming and set up with plenty of space for multiple people. Extremely clean and incredible attention to detail. We had such a good time, just a street away from the beach access and so close to the night life in Melbourne. I look forward to coming back more often. Thank you so much for the beautiful vacation.

Easy stay with privacy

We loved this place. Great for dogs and kids. Not tons of bells and whistles because you don’t need them. The beach is right there and everything else is within minutes walking or driving. We were down for a wedding and just needed a good place to get ready and sleep in between. This was perfect for relaxing and you can hang out right on the beach. Will definitely be returning.

Perfect house and lovely neighborhood

Stayed for my daughters 18th bday getaway with my niece. This house was perfect for 3 girls and would be even comfortable with double the occupancy. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the was cute beachy modern home style. Additionally, the kitchen was fully stocked, which was helpful.The neighborhood was so cute and felt very safe. Unfortunately, it rained most of our stay so we couldn't really enjoy the beach but would love to come back again and stay in a warmer month.

OK but

This house is as pictured except for the ants and the mold stench. Somewhere on the kitchen side of the house, my guess is the roof leaking and molding. The IKea furniture is to big for the rooms. The platform bed has to be pulled away from the wall to plug in a fan or phone. But the seating in the living room is generous and we had fun doing a puzzle during a storm.

Good House Bad Management

Overall, the house itself was great — it was clean, spacious, had a nice big backyard, and was just a short walk to the beach, which we really appreciated. It was the perfect setup for our group, and we enjoyed the property itself.However, the management experience left a lot to be desired. We booked this trip back in January, and just two weeks before our scheduled arrival, we were told there was actually someone staying there on our first day, and we would have to start our trip a day later. This was frustrating, but we tried to be understanding. We asked repeatedly about getting compensated with an extra day at the end of our stay (since the house wasn’t booked after us) and were told we would be granted a free day — but ultimately, we never received it and ended up paying full price.On top of that, when we arrived after an 18-hour drive, the code we were given to access the house didn’t work. We had to wait an hour and a half in the driveway until we finally got a response. After all of this, we were given a 25 Amazon gift card as a gesture, which frankly felt like a small consolation for all the hassle.I would recommend the house for its location and layout, but I would strongly caution future guests to be prepared for communication and booking issues with the management team.
