2-story unit. Downstairs has King bed, full kitchen, full bathroom with shower, dining, and living area that walks out to a sitting area near the salt-water pool. Upstairs has 3 Queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom with shower/tub, dining, and living area with a east deck overlooking the pool and views of the Atlantic Ocean. Two 43" Ultra HD Smart TVs (1 in ground floor unit, 1 in upper deck unit) High Speed WiFi

Relax on the pristine uncrowded beaches in the backyard that is part of the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge and home to one of the largest sea turtle nesting sites in the world.
Melbourne Beach is also part of the Barrier Island situated between the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean with world class surf fishing, so be sure to bring your bait and tackle.
There is outdoor seating for each unit and supplies provided for Blue View guests, such as towels and chairs, for the private pool and the beach.

The toiletries provided in each unit are eco-friendly and kitchen areas contain dishware and utensils.
There is a laundry facility for guest use.

Great Condo, loved the location with private beach, short drive to nature preserves, Publix and golf. If you need to reach out, they handle issue quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely Coming Back

We stayed a couple nights at this lodge to escape home and have a couple "private" beach experiences, boy did this place not disappoint! It was right on the beach so we were able to be out for sunrises, sunsets and nighttime crab scouting. The pool was practically a hot tub by the end of the day, perfect way to wind down from being in the sun! Our room was spacious and clean, very convenient for families with littles or teenagers, lots of space. The facility provided fishing gear, beach gear and beach toys, even a little game room and grills to enjoy the space! 10/10 recommend and would be back. My only advice is to make sure to plan and bring food, there is a Publix nearby but few places to "eat out". (But who needs to leave?

Fun beach stay

We spent 3 nights in one of the poolside townhomes. I chose this rental based on the number of beds we needed and the close proximity to the beach. We needed 4 beds for 5 adults so the king bed plus 3 queens worked perfectly for us. The beach is across the small parking lot and down some stairs. We used the provided beach chairs and towels which was very convenient . The pool was warm and enjoyable. We liked the different seating areas available and used the grill one evening. We played cornhole and the game room with Ms Pac-Man was fun. We watched the sunset at Ryckman Park one evening. We liked the area and the Blue View Inn and hope to stay again sometime.

there are benefits to renting a family owned place

Overall we like this area a lot. It's very quiet and very few people on the beach. We did have some issues, but received the best customer service we've ever had from a VRBO. Christy, the owner, is very good to work with.

Overall the house for us as a family of 4 was big enough and clean. The kitchen is pretty small and not good enough equipped so that you can really cook in it, even for us , we had not enough bowls or glasses. Also no dishwasher and some mold on the second floor what you can smell. The host responded fast and we got some baby equipment, that was nice.It is very misleading that our townhouse we rented is not directly on the beach, for me it would be easy, if the host want to show it, to mark it on a map or tell it in the ad. So we were disappointed. Overall average and we had better accommodations for the same price in Florida.

Great Location, Quiet Beach

Loved staying right on the beach! Townhome was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. One quirk was the accuracy of the listing. It showed it was for 6 guests in some places and 8 guests in others (we had 4 adults, 2 kids and a pak-n-play toddler). Description seemed like it was a bedroom downstairs with king bed and bedroom upstairs with 2 queens. That was mostly correct, but upstairs in a common area there was another queen bed (bonus!) And the downstairs king bed wasn't in a separate bedroom (no door between bed and kitchen, so kids couldn't sleep there while adults talked after bedtime). We had to adjust how kids slept while adults stayed awake, but it worked out for the better anyway! Just wanted to post this as a point of clarity. Maybe other townhomes have a different configuration. This worked great for us! Thank you for having us!

Amazing property. Smoking policy could be revised.

Property is great. Check in process a breeze. Property manager will work with you and communicate with you. Short walk to beach. Just beautiful. The smoking policy can be revised. No smoking anywhere on property. In their packet they cite being smoke free attracts customers. That’s just a false belief. I get not smoking in the house, I don’t in mine either. Outside should be fair game. Won’t stay here again because of it unfortunately. They loose a lot more buiness than gain from that policy.

Excellent Place

We absolutely loved the townhouse. The decor was very nice and the house was spacious. The upstairs bedroom had a wonderful view of the ocean and was steps to the beach. Really enjoyed the heated pool too!!! Can’t wait to come back next year.

Perfection

The townhome was clean and as advertised. Quiet environment, very nice beach. Grounds were nicely kept, plenty of beach stuff, good fishing. Nice restaurants nearby, Coconut cove doesn’t take reservations so go early or late. Will definitely try and make it back someday.

Great Location

Nice place but somewhat small. Pool right outside the back door which was nice. There are two buildings and only one of them is right on the beach. Check to make sure which one you are booking!

Weekend get away!

Wonderful property and very clean and well kept accommodations! Sea turtle viewing in the evening was an absolute delight and experience. The management is certainly on point. Thank you so much and we will be back!

Not what you think

Let me start by saying condo was clean and beaches were amazing. However office personnel do not speak English at all so any communication was virtually impossible, if you need cleaning supplies garbage bags etc charades is only way to communicate. If your planning on being able to cook meals in condo good luck, 1 counter top electric burner, no oven, little utensils and a couple small pans that anything you try cooking sticks and burns. Fridge is small cant fit much. If you plan on eating out and just sleeping here its perfect but if your planning week stay and cooking forget it.

Great place!

Beach was almost deserted! We seen at most 10 people on the beach at any given time. The place was very clean and anytime we contacted the host she was very responsive and quick to help us out. It could not have worked any better for us. Loved the pool!!
