Welcome to our Coastal Arts District Hideaway, a stylish bungalow nestled in Melbourne, Florida's historic Eau Gallie Arts District (EGAD). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This cozy efficiency room and bathroom has everything you need offering fun and rest, on the scenic East Coast of Central Florida. 3 blocks from the Indian River, JUST MINUTES FROM THE BEACH; from the bungalow you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and more.

This is an efficiency room and bathroom. It has a mini countertop microwave, mini refrigerator, dual electric plug in burner for cooking and fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates and cups

The host and the place was great. I almost didn’t make it down here and everything went well. I had a lot of ups and downs trying to get here and everything worked out great and the place is absolutely beautiful. Pretty But Not Practical

Fairly new property with plenty of decorative touches. However, not enough thought given to actually occupying the space - no tea kettle, one face cloth, nowhere to hang wet dish towels, towel bar for one in bathroom to name a few. More than one key would also be helpful or simply install a solid code-access box. Two empty soap dispensers, no kitchen sink stopper, closet door off runners and barely functional - is this a Premium Host level of service?

This was my first time staying with VRBO. The unit in Eau Gallie was excellent and everything that it was advertised to be. All the accommodations were very good. The area was quite. All and all, it serviced my needs for the trip. My trip was not a please trip, it was entirely something else. I will try to check this units availability the next time I come to Melbourne. Normally I try to stay in my RV at Wichkam Park, but I could not get a reservation on short notice. I apologize for not responding more quickly to the survey.

This property was phenomenal. Or as my 11 year old said “aesthetically pleasing.” It was just what we needed as we stayed in the area before a cruise. The host was super informative and helpful. They answered questions quickly and checked in on us via a message on the app. We will for sure be staying there again when we are in the area.
