Getting Around:

Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars in walking distance. The beach is just a 5 minute ride over the causeway. Uber and Lyft are also available if you choose to ride instead of drive.

For stays longer than 30 days, we require a monthly cleaning to help maintain the home and provide fresh linens, change air filters and check for prevention maintenance. The cost is $110 per cleaning, billed monthly.



Washer and dryer is a two-in-one. The syste. Is a condenser dryer that makes your clothes softer by pulling the water from your clothing therefore it will take a little extra time to make sure everything's dry.



Please note, this condo is located in a downtown area. Noise is to be expected especially Thursday through Saturday.
