The staff were nice and accommodating. There was a hair on one of the towels, however there were other towels we used. Overall, the staff was good.

We had problems getting coffee for our room. The front desk never had coffee so they said they would bring some to room and both times they brought decaf when I asked for regular. House cleaning cleaned our room and did not leave more coffee or cups. Very frustrating

What did I not like about this place? The one thing I felt kinda disappointed at was the fact that I was offered a room upgrade in exchange for some personal data in a form of a subscription (marketing) for which I agreed on, to get a view of the carport roof in front of the lobby. That being said the room was inviting, spacious, updated and clean. It had a nice closet a big TV and even a couch. The plus was the bathroom. With an LED mirror, a glass, shower and tiled from floor to ceiling. They have a good hot breakfast in the morning and the staff is very helpful and respectful. Don’t forget to visit the outside bar.

This is an excellent hotel, Lauren made checking in a pleasant experience after an awful experience elsewhere and the in house bar was a welcomed delight during the storm. Another top notch experience from Fairfield. I was in town on business and had trouble with the internet. Lauren promptly helped me with tech support and they manually added me to the network so I could get back to work. Well done!

When i first arrived i was told that the system was down ..... the lady at the front desk went to the back for over 30 mins while i stood waiting at the front desk with others that were very annoyed and she then returns and tells me the hotel is over booked and i can not stay there ... they then told me to go next door to the home 2 .... it was very frustrating and annoyed i didnt want to stay at the home 2 ..... this ruined my experience and will not return after this ........

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience as before . We have a smoke detector flashing fast constantly, no water pressure in the shower in all 3 settings , broken hair dryer . In the dinning area the tables were dirty, trash cans overflowing.

The room, the employees and the hotel itself were very nice. Unfortunately, there was a large number of kids and parents staying there that weekend for, what looked like a baseball tournament. The adults were all in the lobby watching football while all the kids seemed to be running all over the hotel loudly up and down hallways. I understand noise ordinance says 10pm is quiet time, but I also don't think it should be ok that kids run around all over while parents don't actually parent. That may not be the hotels fault, but there should still be some way to prevent such a chaotic and loud situation from happening.

This property was fine in all respects. This isn't a "five star" resort, so anyone comparing the Fairfield to a Fairmount is not providing a fair comparison. For what it is (a second tier hotel in the Marriott family), this hotel did a great job providing a clean, safe, comfortable environment that was easy to get in and out of, provided a good nice sleeping arrangement, and had reasonable amenities at the facility for entertainment and dining options. I will definitely look to stay here again when I am in the area next. You can't go wrong with this place.
