Enjoyed our stay

Nice amenities except for a few negatives: pool pump too loud, DW did not work, floors needed mopping/seemed dirty, needed some mirrors outside bathrooms,pool chairs falling apart.Other areas super clean since newly remodeled, great TVs and spacious eating area and sofa.

Perfect relaxing home

Quiet neighborhood, lovely home, fabulous pool and backyard deck. The home was tastefully decorated beach theme and nice touches including the Keurig coffee station and beach towels for the pool. Very easy entry instructions and the owner was very responsive. Very comfortable and spacious - we would all stay here again!

Cute remodeled unit. Cleanliness needed some more attention to detail.

Enjoyed the convenient location and could tell compared to the neighborhood that some effort had been made to improve this property. Did have trouble with Sugar Ants in the kitchen and the response by owner / management was unacceptable. First response was forr us to use a spray under the kitchen sink to kill the ants...telling us that this was an ongoing problem. When there was no spray under the sink, the second response was two days later that a spray would be delivered to the front door and still our responsibility to clear them out. We didn't immediately see the message and didn't want to touch a package that wasn't ours...so our entire stay did not allow food to be placed on the kitchen counter nor baby bottles to dry on the counter nor...you get the idea. Use this house if you don't mind acting like the owner versus the renter...otherwise, find another cute house. There are plenty to choose from.

Two light bulbs in the master were out, i took them from living room. Difficult to see in master bathroom mirror, poor lighting. Nee more mirrors, lights and area rugs to cut down on tracking dirt. Over, nice stay. Great help from host.

Great rental

Great property with a pool. Only downsides were; no shade outside, table umbrella was missing a part and the pool constantly was full of leaves (of course this is not the owners fault) we had to keep removing leaves. Inside had everything we needed, in fact more than was mentioned in the VRBO description, including a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Pre-Cruise Accommodations

We had a cruise booked and like to arrive to the port city ahead of time to prevent any last minute travel issues that might keep us from making it on the boat. I am a long time Vrbo user and found this place in a typical search. This home was perfect for us. It was roomy, comfortable, well supplied and very clean. Loved the decor and little extras provided by the host (coffee, laundry pods, etc.). We especially enjoyed the back yard seating area and pool. I would stay here again if departing on another Cape Canaveral cruise.
