Guests must notify us and receive approval in advance before hosting any event. An additional event fee of $250 per event day will be added to the reservation. This fee helps cover additional cleaning, utilities, and increased use of the property.

For approved events, parking is limited to a maximum of eight vehicles, and the total number of people at the property may not exceed 30 guests, including overnight guests and event attendees.

Unauthorized events are not permitted. Guests are responsible for their visitors, noise levels, parking, property damage, and compliance with occupancy limits and neighborhood rules.
