We sent several messages to our host and never got a reply. What we did get were automated messages about checking out but nothing regarding what we asked about. Very poor communication. Also hot as balls. No air conditioning. The location is great if you are going to an event at wembley but for the price they could turn on their AC for their guests.

"The room was beautiful and the bed super comfy. Great breakfast. The receptionist would not show us the swimming pool and said it was locked, in any case you had to book it in advance, if indeed there was a pool. The car park was difficult to navigate with low walls everywhere and nowhere to turn ..."

"Only spent 1 night there in a small single room in the East wing, exactly as advertised though, small but comfortable bed, good value for money in my opinion. Paid for the buffet breakfast on the day, good value for money though even at the higher rate. Evening in the bar waa quite lively considering ..."
