Welcome to our luxurious three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse in Mellieha! Situated on the fourth floor of a condo, this stunning residence offers a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully finished living area adorned with an L-shaped 5-seater sofa, a 65-inch smart television, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected. To your right, a magnificent 55 sq mt terrace awaits, offering breathtaking side sea views—a perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxation.

Continuing inside, the layout leads you to a large fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a kitchen island—ideal for enjoying breakfast with loved ones. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a 5-seater dining round table, perfect for sharing meals together. The bright back balcony boasts open sea views, adding to the allure of this exceptional property.

The three bedrooms offer ample space for relaxation, with the main bedroom featuring an ensuite shower for added convenience. The spare bedroom offers a comfortable twin bed, while the single bedroom provides flexibility for guests.
