The apartment is located in one of the oldest and most charming alleys of Memmingen’s Old Town – traffic-calmed, quiet, yet right in the heart of the action. Historic cobblestones and listed facades tell the story of a time when this street was an important trade route – a true piece of city history.



Cafés, restaurants, boutiques, the marketplace, and sights like the Antonierhaus are just a few minutes’ walk away. The train station is also only about an 8–10-minute walk – you can’t get more central than this.





🪞 Hallway & Open Kitchen – A Stylish Welcome



The hallway greets you with a sense of space and design: suspended ceilings with high-quality recessed spotlights bathe the light blue-turquoise walls in warm light. A wall mirror enhances the sense of space, while a subtle runner and a simple coat rack provide functional accents.

The host was very welcoming, when anything was requested it was taking care of within hours. The amenities were fantastic for a longer stay and the location was just perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
