“My check-in was very slow, as there was only one person on-duty (about 5:00 PM) She was waiting on another person, so I had to wait about ten minutes for my 3-minute check-in. We were disappointed to find out breakfast was not included. The breakfast offerings were few and over-priced. We drove to a restaurant and had an excellent breakfast for 50% less cost. ”

“The hotel is located near Blackstone and is an easy 15-20 min walk to popular hotels and bars. The hotel is right off of Dodge Street for easy access the all of Omaha. My stay here was pleasant - it was quiet and comfortable. My one complaint was that on checking in, both receptionists ignored us and failed to acknowledge us for a while as they talked and when they helped us, made it seem like an inconvenience. That was minor overall.”
