“We booked a double queen room 2-3 weeks in advance for 4 people. When we got to the hotel the person checked us in. We walked to the 4th floor to our room and we had a king bed. We were never told this at check in. Obviously 4 grown adults can't sleep in a king size bed only. There was no pull out couch or anything. So, when we went back downstairs to discuss this with the same lady she told us that unfortunately that was the only room available. They didn't have anymore double beds. This should...

“The room was clean. Was a bit confused during check in as I did not realize the person sitting in the lobby was the person working the front desk, they were friendly though. Beds were clean and was good for the one night stay.”
