“This property needs new windows; a very loud noise from the air conditioning systems of adjacent buildings—as shown in the attached photos—was coming into our room day and night. We had requested a room that was not connected to others by an adjoining door, but this preference was not honored. We had to complain and ask to change rooms immediately after checking in. However, the most serious issue is the room's poor soundproofing; you can hear trains and cars even on the fourteenth floor.”
