“Rooms are in need of a remodel. Pillows were awful. Furniture in room was pretty banged up. Everything just seemed so dark. A light would've been nice in the closet. I was also expecting more Elvis memorabilia throughout the hotel. Wish valet would offer assistance with bringing your luggage to and from your room. Didn't like having to sign into the wifi every single day on every device. Room cleaning service didn't seem to replenish kleenex, TP, toiletries as needed. Gift shop was great. Pool...
