Il miglior condominio attico di Memphis. Davvero, controlla le foto e la posizione!

Condominio assolutamente incredibile nel mezzo del centro! Le bellissime finestre da parete a parete e lucernari da 16 piedi rendono questo fantastico attico così unico!
Nuovo elenco - condominio ristrutturato, che assomiglia alle foto (beh, in realtà meglio). Mobili di design e opere d'arte originali in tutto il condominio.

Perfettamente situato nel centro di Memphis vicino a Madison e Main a Court Square. Condominio all'ultimo piano con balcone in ferro battuto con vista sul parco e carrelli che viaggiano su Main Street. A pochi passi da tutte le posizioni del centro e veloci corse UBER economiche in città. Puoi effettivamente vedere l'insegna del tetto Peabody dalla camera da letto sul retro. Solo un isolato dal famoso Rendezvous e un altro pochi isolati da Beale Street, FedEx Forum e Mud Island. Dall'altra parte della strada da Court Square, sopra Blue Plate Cafe (la migliore colazione a Memphis), dietro l'angolo da Walgreen's, Rachel's Salon, Felicia Suzanne's, Flight, McEwen's, per citarne alcuni! Due biciclette incluse con l'unità. Ottimo per navigare lungo il fiume.

Easy to get to. Parking for us was not an issue…we left the car in the same spot for the whole weekend. TONS of space to move around condo. Bed was beyond comfortable! Close enough to walk to many things in the Downtown Memphis area.

Beautiful condo within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the Orpheum, Beale Street, Sun Studio (amazing tour), the Pyramid AND just a short drive to Graceland. We used UBER to get to the places that were too far to walk which was super easy. The two living spaces are ample to include a big screen tv and a small terrace. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of "Walking in Memphis". The bedrooms are very comfortable with nice linens and towels provided. The kitchen is great and stocked with just about everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a Walgreens just around the corner and a Dollar General just a few blocks away to pick up snacks and drinks. The Broadway season just started for The Orpheum Theater and we attended A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical. It was fabulous! I highly recommend you check out the schedule especially considering you can walk to and from the venue. The VRBO host, Jon, is just fantastic! Excellent communication, worked with us to be able to drop our bags off early to start exploring and his recommendation to eat at Central BBQ was spot on! It was delicious and they deliver! Great location; comfy place to stay; wonderful VRBO host; A; highly recommend.

Really lovely apartment- opposite a little park which has some interesting events going on. There’s a bar around the corner (Irish pub) which is very welcoming. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it is quite calm and cool. We had such a wonderful stay in Memphis- friendly people, welcoming atmosphere and loads to see and do. Jon the owner is exceptionally helpful and communicative Thankyou Jon!

Property very nice. Very clean. However i would not stay here again due to the location. It is a convenient walk to everywhere but we did not feel safe. I’d prefer to stay in a hotel if i returned to this area

This property was absolutely spotless on the inside, and an easy 8-10 min walk to the convention center which is what brought my group in town. We appreciated the laundry in unit, and the beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Overall a quiet area overnight and felt very secure.

A Camouflagued Gem

My 80-year-old mother, my husband and I stayed in this Memphis gem for 2 days while we checked out Sun Studio, Graceland, and the Stax Records Museum. You would never guess by looking at this apartment from the street that it is so modern, and stylish with amazing natural light. I highly recommend this rental for people with experience living in urban areas who want easy access to great restaurants, museums, and night life. Exceptional host. When we checked out, my husband forgot his ipad, and our host shipped it to us immediately. Sadly, Memphis, like many U.S. Cities has a lot of poverty and the social problems that come with it. As experienced travelers, we did not have any trouble at all. Just be prepared the way you would for urban travel in a big European City. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Jon!

Amazing

Everything was amazing ! I highly recommend ! The location is amazing . Near the mlk memorial , near Beale street , near the bass pro shop and right next to the Mississippi River . We didn’t even need to rent a vehicle . Comfortable beds and an amazing host that responded right away when I contacted him .

March was a bit chilly :) Very accessible location. Short rides with Uber to many attractions. Only 20mins from Graceland in Uber ride. Jon the host was always a text away for any questions. Yes we would stay here again.

Great host and beautiful condo

Very modern, artsy condo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location close to the Peabody Hotel and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and Beale St. Would definitely stay there again if I get back to Memphis. Also, the host was very nice and accommodating.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed the property! The condo was clean and furnished well. They had beautiful art throughout the condo. The condo was located in the heart of the city and is walking distance to most of the city’s landmarks. Will definitely book again whenever I am in Memphis.

Perfect Memphis Getaway—Highly Recommend!

My friends and I planned this trip to Memphis for a year. Unexpected surgery almost made me cancel, but we decided to go last minute—and I’m so glad we did! The condo was even better than described.The space was roomy, with high ceilings, comfy seating, and plenty of TVs. It was perfect for two couples, with a great dining area and lots of storage. The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to Beale Street, the river, and restaurants.We even got snow during our stay, and the view of the park from the balcony was stunning. Despite the cold, the condo stayed warm and cozy. The host was fantastic, even allowing a short extension for our late departure due to flight delays.The detailed instructions and local tips provided by the host were so helpful. This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed—definitely recommend if you’re headed to Memphis!

Had fun, but rough first day

Did not get check in door codes until 4pm the day of check in. Uber dropped us off at the address of the condo but the number on the address was not clearly marked on the door it was 10 feet above us in the window. When we arrived at 350pm i sent a message to the owners but they didnt get back to us right away, so we stood outside for a while. The building itself is run down, but the condo is beautiful. Enjoyed the rest of ourstay.
