Questo appartamento è stato aggiunto sul retro della nostra casa nel 2014 ed è totalmente privato e accessibile. Pavimenti in legno e piastrelle, frigorifero completo, cortile in profondità, patio collegato con grill a gas. 5 minuti allo zoo e 10 al centro, 2 a Broad Ave. Arts District. Uso esclusivo per l'appartamento con cucina e bagno.

Comodo letto matrimoniale, TV con DirecTV e ampio armadio con comò in camera da letto. Frigorifero e congelatore completo con acqua e ghiaccio, forno tostapane, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè e armadi per il deposito. Il materasso a doppia aria si inserisce in camera da letto e lettiera Queen disponibili per mettere in cucina (che lo rendono un po 'affollato). Costruito per essere completamente accessibile alle sedie a rotelle - tutte le voci sono accessibili, doccia a zero, forno a microonde in basso e abbondanza di spazio per navigare. Inoltre, animali domestici!

C'è una porta esterna privata per l'accesso (dal vialetto). Mentre si collega alla casa principale, solo la camera da letto, la cucina e il bagno sono a vostra disposizione all'interno. Sentiti liberi di trascorrere del tempo sul nostro patio e sul cortile. Il grill a gas e il dartboard sono i tuoi da usare. Il parcheggio è disponibile sul vialetto vicino all'appartamento o sotto il carport.

Nightmare

One of the most horrible experiences of my life. Woke up in the middle of the night to Rapid gunfire that seemed right outside my window, my cat who was with me was very unsettled the atmosphere was wicked in the neighborhood was sketchy at best. Would not recommend

Cozy Cottage

This property is a nicely-done garage conversion that featured one queen bed, a kitchenette, and a H/C accessible bathroom. The outside had a good-sized yard for our dogs and included several patio areas. It is very close to the Memphis Zoo and we found several good eateries nearby on Madison Street. It's also got a straight shot south to the AP. The landlords are very nice and we had a good stay.

Close to attractions

Our hosts were very accomandating and helpful. Their home is close to a wonderful park to walk our dog, Beale Street, Overton Square and Graceland. The owners are quite the entrepreneurs and we wish them well.

Quiet + Cozy: Met all our needs

We were very pleased with our stay. They allow dogs, which was a bonus for us, and it was so quiet our dog barely barked (unlike him!). The owners left everything we needed for our visit to Memphis; I would recommend to a friend.

Close to everything!

We enjoyed a comfortable stay over the weekend for our 10k trail run in Overton Park. Convenient to everything, whether you want to hang downtown, in midtown, or in East Memphis. The apartment was exceptionally clean and we didn't need a thing! Looking forward to staying again later in the year for the St. Jude Marathon in December!

Charming and quiet spot.

We enjoyed the quiet and clean apartment. It was very private and was a great launching point for our Memphis adventures. Our dog Gus particularly enjoyed daily walks at nearby Overton Park, which was beautiful and amazing. The trails in the old growth forest are spectacular. Our hosts were extremely gracious and responsive and we are thankful for the restful stay.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable.

A very nice place to stay to experience Memphis. Most tourist attractions are a short drive away and there are many great places to eat real close by. Owners are super nice and gave some great recommendations. There is a nice size yard out back, perfect for letting doggie sniff around and Overton Park is only a couple of blocks away and is one of the nicest city parks I’ve seen for dog walks or jogs. Highly recommend!
