Effettua il check-in e parcheggia la tua auto nel parcheggio assegnato GRATUITAMENTE e raggiungi a piedi tutte le famose attrazioni del centro.
Viaggiando per lavoro, piacere, o visitando la famiglia non rimarrai deluso in questa fantastica posizione centrale del centro! Pianifica la tua avventura in questo luogo perfetto per le vacanze. Walk Punteggio 99, esperienza Downtown Memphis da vicino e personale. Il mio condominio è a pochi passi da tutte le meravigliose attrazioni storiche e punti di riferimento locali. Sali sul trolley Memphis, noleggia una bicicletta o scooter elettrici per gli uccelli come alternativa al camminare. Questo aggiornato contemporaneo 1 camera da letto 1 bagno condominio è situato in posizione centrale tra Front e Main Strade e ha un sacco di fascino originale. Camminate per 3 isolati fino a Beale Street e mezzo isolato da Vance Park e dal parco Tom Lee, dove si tiene l'annuale festival di Memphis a maggio. Inoltre ci sono molti meravigliosi ristoranti locali, bar e attrazioni turistiche a pochi passi dalla porta principale. Il museo nazionale dei diritti civili è a meno di 2 isolati dal condominio. The location was great. Excellent restaurant around the corner and wonderful bagel place a few doors up. We walked to the Renesant Convention Center, 25 minutes, every day. We tried to rent a car at the airport but the flight was late and the car was gone, and no more cars, and no workers there or on the phone. We walked to Beale St and heard blues and ate good food.

I can’t say enough about the location of this place! You can walk to so many places and drive anywhere in 15 minutes. Michelle was a great hostess and very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. She even had a snack basket in the fridge which is priceless to a diabetic. Loved our first trip to Memphis and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you!!!

We had trouble with the original door code but the host communicated with us until it was quickly resolved. Otherwise, cozy and convenient to our purpose of concerts at the Fedex Forum. Easy walking to lots of food and shop options. Would stay again.

This was our first visit to Memphis, lots of fun, we didn’t need to contact the host for anything, all was great but she was easy to communicate with if anything issue had arisen, would definitely stay here again

Memphis had been hit with a snow storm and icy cold snap but our stay was warm and great. We loved the unit we rented. It was cozy, convenient to downtown and made for a very nice base of operations for us at the International Blues Challenge during our stay. We plan on coming back in the future!

This was the perfect spot for my wife and I to explore Memphis for a few days. We were able to walk everywhere for the most part! Michelle is a great host and is really easy to communicate with. Her condo is super clean and has everything you need! Would recommend, and stay here again!

We were in town for the Stevie Nicks concert at FedEx Forum & have stayed in this part of town before and enjoyed it. Wanted to walk to FedEx and this rental was perfect for that. We loved that it was a secure property with gated/assigned parking, which provided us the extra peace of mind we needed. Please note: If you are mobility impaired, this rental is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators in the building. The only sleeping option was the queen size bed in the bedroom, which is quite firm. The listing states an air mattress is available but we were unable to locate it. The WiFi was spotty and would not work on the televisions to operate the streaming services. The owner offered to send someone over but we preferred not to have someone in the unit, as we were in and out often. We would stay here again.

This was our first VRBO. It was clean, just right for my family, great location in walking distance to Beale Street and restaurants. The owner was always available to answer questions, great communication! We felt safe in the gated parking lot and keyless entry doors to the building and the condo. We would definitely stay here again and we do recommend it to others. Thanks for the hospitality!

This condo was a great place to stay for our Memphis vacation, conveniently in the center of everything and only a short walk from Beale Street (we walked most places we wanted to go). It included everything we could have wanted and was a very comfortable place to relax during our vacation. Decorated to be reminiscient of the Memphis experience, we were very charmed by the whole atmosphere of the place, with its framed photographs of Beale Street and artisticly exposed brickwork. The gated parking lot was also quite nice and easy to get into and out of. Michelle was a wonderful host and super helpful, including giving us a list of recommendations for the area. Check-in and out was a breeze. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Stroll over to Beale St, walk the waterfront of the Mississippi and take in the National Civil Rights Museum all within blocks of your doorway. We did it all and had a great time!

It was very enjoyable. Location was great as it is within a 10 minute walk to Beale Street, many museums, attractions and restaurants. We never felt unsafe walking at anytime day or night going North or South on Main. The condo was a nice size for the two of us. We didnt like using the front stairs since were on the 3rd floor as they are very steep and low ceilings. We walked the first floor and went up the back stairs since they were more manageable. The owner was very responsive when we had questions or issues. The only suggestion is there needs to be an updated checkout/cleaning list that has the same information across all paperwork-VRBO contract, checkout list sent with contract and list left in rental. It was very confusing of what needed to be done or where items neede to be put when checking out. We would definitely rent again with this host and recommend this location/host to anyone who would love to visit this area.
