    Questo cottage è a pochi passi da Starbucks, dal supermercato Kroger, da numerosi negozi e ristoranti. 5 minuti da tutto ciò che Midtown e l'Università di Memphis hanno da offrire .... Brooks Museum, Overton Park, Levitt Shell, Overton Square .... Oltre 20 ristoranti, bar, cinema, balletto di Memphis, 2 gruppi teatrali e musica dal vivo. 15 minuti di auto dalle attrazioni del centro e 20 minuti da Graceland.
    Sono un imprenditore e designer locale che ha rinnovato questo cottage a nuovi livelli, con attenzione ai dettagli. È tutto nuovo. La cucina ha una cucina a gas ed è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto memorabile. L'angolo pranzo accogliente ha quattro posti a sedere e funge anche da comoda stazione di lavoro.
    La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e biancheria da letto e lenzuola di lusso. 2 HDTV con cavo, Netflix e WiFi forniti ai miei ospiti. Include l'uso di un parcheggio One Car Garage a pochi passi dall'ingresso. Il mio obiettivo nella scelta delle finiture e degli arredi era quello di fornire una qualità superiore a quella di un hotel a 5 stelle, per sapere se ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo !! Se ho perso qualcosa fammelo sapere e sarà fornito.

Spacious coziness

Spacious, comfortable and great location. Really enjoyed our stay. We liked the layout and look forward to staying again when we visit family. Host is very responsive, and check-in and check-out simple.

The location and space worked well for us, but the neighbors sharing the house were very noisy at night and this definitely impacted our sleep - or lack there of.

Great stay in Memphis

We had a great time visiting Memphis. This property is very comfortable and it was easy to navigate around Memphis from there. We really liked that we could walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Ben is very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Short Memphis Trip

Very good place for our short trip to Memphis. We had access to a garage which was much appreciated. The unit was a bit worn but overall clean and all that we needed. It was very close to business area with restaurants that could be walked to. We had a pleasant stay.

We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after long days. The colors and decor really made it a very cozy and relaxing place. Ben was great about communicating with us and was very helpful. The area is quiet, peaceful, and perfect distance from anything you might need! Anything from Target, restaurants, coffee shops/bakeries and groceries are all within an easy 10 minute drive. Having a washer n dryer was a nice perk, it would have been helpful to include a few laundry pods, but that's minor. Only thing that would have made this a 5 star review would be upgrading the pots n pans in the kitchen. We cooked all our meals for the weekend and the pans all had the teflon scraped off and scratched. This was the only downside I can think of, other than that Great place to get work done or just relax!

Convenient East Memphis Location

Everything about this apartment was great! Close enough to a major street making access to all the neighborhood has to offer, but deep enough on the side street so traffic noise was never an issue. The apartment is ample enough for two people and it has everything you need to have a very pleasant sray.

Not familiar with Memphis but I was hoping for a more walkable area… regardless this was a very comfortable and accurately described listing at an affordable price point. Had a rental car so no big deal. Well supplied, cute abs comfortable

Loved this cozy one bedroom space. House seems to be split into 2-3 apartments. Would recommend a light on the front porch and a number on the apartment door as when you come in you have three unmarked doors to choose from. Loved the old wood floors and Roku TVs were great. Well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer! Close to everything and walkable to Kroger. Felt safe and neighborhood was quiet. Will totally stay again when in Memphis.

Cozy and Friendly

This was our first VRBO in Memphis and this was a great location close to the University of Memphis. Owner communicated well and prepped everything well. Hope to come back.

Check in/out process was easy. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 8 mins to the Memphis zoo and Botanical Garden. 15 minutes to Beale Street and 20 to Graceland. A beer garden within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great location and reasonably priced. Comfy bed and plenty of towels and extra linens.

Rest & Relaxation

I wanted a vacay after my birthday vacay where I could have time to myself to refocus. This charming cottage was as advertised. The only concern I had was a window pane was missing from the door, but it had a temporary fix. The only downside was I couldn’t have my shih tzu visit. But I understood the hosts reason. Overall I got exactly what I needed. Rest and relaxation. I would definitely rebook this cottage in the future. I enjoyed this neighborhood and space so much I’m considering relocating. I had an AMAZING experience. I will definitely return.

great location

This location was very convenient for all that we wanted to see and do in Memphis. It was quite roomy. The living room furniture and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied. However, we were most disappointed when we arrived to see a piece of plywood covering a missing pane of glass in the exterior door. Further, there were multiple spots of peeling paint in the bathroom, and the toilet was not properly secured to the floor. While every place has some oops and requires routine maintenance, these shortcomings were more aggravating given that the listing stated recently updated by a contractor.
