“Pool was not open for my visit but main thing was when I turned the tv on and a roach crawled out the back I freaked out!!!! I usually love staying here literally don’t go no where else when in town but I see someone left something behind so I won’t be returning. I don’t DO BUGS!!!! && also the electricity was off in the whole hotel one morning so I couldn’t see to go to the bathroom stubbed my toe smh just was not a good stay this time! Please do better .”

“All front desk staff and housekeeping staff were so wonderful. They gave excellent customer service during my stay!”

“Room was clean but shower floor looked sus. Also you could tell staff had moped floor and there was still residue. Free breakfast always a plus. ”

“Everything was so beautiful, with an obvious attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They even brought cake to my room for my birthday (I asked if they had any chocolate cake for my birthday) with a special note waiting for us when we got back that night. Everything was very clean and up to date. ”

“Shower was super slippery. Elevator was sketch, sounded like the brakes were failing. Crack in ceiling in room with peeling paint. Indoor pool was closed. Bathroom sink had deep crack in it and sink took forever to drain. Sitting area has seen better days. They were dirty looking. No way was I going to put my kids on the sofa bed. ”
