They took my card information, including the card number and CVC number, which I think is not secure. I personally blocked my card and asked my bank for a new one, which is a waste of my time.”

“Don't count on the pool or hot tub.... We had to stay unexpectedly in Kamloops overnight. The silver lining was the pool for thr kids and the hot tub for me. After dinner I got the kids ready and we went down to swim. The door was open so we went in and turned on the light. The hot tub was empty! Despite my disappointment I went to the front desk and requested pool towels. She gave me regular room towels so i took those. The kids went to get in and quickly realized it was ice cold. My...

Unica pecca: Viene offerta compresa nel prezzo, la colazione continentale che si compone in realtà, di fette di pane in cassetta, marmellatina, latte e corn flakes e caffè..piuttosto deludente!Del resto, personale cordiale e tutto pulito.”

“Hotel nuovo e moderno, con colazione (in questo momento causa Covid ti danno un sacchetto da portar via) e parcheggio compresi nel prezzo. Camera con 2 letti molto comodi ottima insonorizzazione, spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, bagno comodo, avevamo anche una cucina completa, wifi veloce. Personale gentile, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.”

“I had a stained blanket a blue stain on it! And when i called the front desk he wanted to come see it in persin b4 giving me a new blanket at 1130 pm! Like he thought i was lying. Its like they didnt even change the pervious sheets and blanket. It made it very uneasy to spend the night. It was unfortunatea and not worth it. ”

“We were upgraded rooms which was a nice surprise and had a good stay, we were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t running though as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. ”
