Villa Capitano is a beautifully and carefully designed jewel of contemporary architecture where design and function combine beautifully.
Set amongst the enchanting rows of vineyard with breath-taking views of the Sicilian countryside yet at just 1 km away from Lido Fiori beach and Bertolino. The space
As you enter the villa you are welcomed by a stunning open aired patio with an ancient Lemon tree in the middle, from this patio you can enter the kitchen/dining and living area, a spacious open plan room with large glass doors allowing plenty sunlight to enter. The kitchen is masterpeace of this villa, as the owner is infact a magnificent chef and would be delighted to cook for you (should you wish for this service please do arrange with him). It has state of the art cooking utensils and equipment, everything necessary to cook up a feast!
Behind the kitchen in a utility and laundry room with washing mashine and a shower room and also a terrace with a fabulous bbq area.
In the louge area there is a mezzanine with an office and a sofa which can turn into a single bed if necessary (this room however is part of the day area and has no door).
Then you are guided to the night area by a beautiful glass corridor which overlooks the fabulous pool; here you will find 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms with walkin showers.
In the front of the house there is a lounging area and a swimming pool (17 metres long and a depth of 1.60 with a shallow walk in area great for kids). Outside the kitchen is also a fabulous al fresco dining area with magnificent vin yard views. The owner also grows his own vegetables and all the herbs you can imagine to which obviously you can help yourselves.
