  • Welcome to 2 bedroom /2 bath Serenity Woods! Custom, modern and handicap-accessible cabin on the brow overlooking Shinbone Valley with breathtaking 30-mile views and babbling Spring Creek. Gated and off a private road, this serene retreat built with local materials by local artisans is ready for you and has all the charm you would expect.

    All modern conveniences with a king sized bed and 4 twin beds. Covered parking with ramp access to home and an outdoor shower complete the amenities.

    Surrounded by acres of conservation land and wildlife management areas, yet mere minutes from incredible dining and activities like Cloudland Canyon Park, Desoto Park, McLemore Golf Course, Little River Canyon National Preserve, Canyon Grill, Elevation, Wildflower Cafe, hang gliding, white water rafting, snow skiing, kayaking, mountain climbing, fishing, and the quaint mountain village of Mentone. Only 2 hours from Atlanta, 2 hours from Birmingham, 2.5 hours from Nashville, and 45 minutes from Chattanooga, Rock City, Chickamauga Battlefield and SECONDS from your 40ft private porches with handmade swings, rocking chairs and a metal roof where many people just stay to enjoy the unforgettable sunrises, views and privacy!

Lovely Cabin

Beautiful, comfortable cabin with great views. Was very clean upon check-in. It's off the beaten path so nice and quiet but close to both Mentone/DeSoto for the day and Canyon Grill (our favorite) for dinner. We had a much needed relaxing weekend!

Met all our expectations. Very clean with great views and all of what we needed on site. Short ride into town for groceries. Other than low water pressure in the 2nd shower it was a fabulous stay
