“Check in was slow and very impersonal. Not great customer service there. The room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was OK, not a great selection, but tasted fine and was hot.”

“Found a cockroach in my room climbing the wall along with a dead one after I chased it behind the fridge. Thankfully they were able to move me from the 1st floor to the 4th afterward. Parking lot is tight, someone scratched my car, which I saw after I left in the morning. Staff were younger kids that seemed distracted or just overworked. I hope them luck but I won’t be staying there again.”

“I am sure the mattress was from my original apartment 40 years ago. No coffee, no chair to sit on, no wi-fi and the front desk had the audacity to tell me it was a delux room! There was NOTHING DELUX about that room. It was my fault to stay at a hotel that was literally 100 feet from a freeway. Worst hotel stay EVER!!”

“We had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Portland South-Lake Oswego. The hotel receptionist was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The room design was modern, comfortable, and well thought out. I especially appreciated how spacious and very clean the room was. Everything felt organized and well maintained.
