Gemütliche Dachwohnung im Villenviertel Obermais
Wir verbrachten 8 Tage in der gemütlichen, hellen Dachwohnung. Lieblingsplatz war die Loggia mit schönem Ausblick auf alte Baumriesen und den unterhalb liegenden Stadtteil. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war herzlich und alles verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Das Auto stand sicher und kühl in der Tiefgarage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine gute Empfehlung
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Fewo. In wenigen Schritten war man an der Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum bzw. auch zu Fuß im Zentrum. Wir haben die Meran Card ausgiebig genutzt. In der Fewo war alles vorhanden.

es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sehr sauber, großzügig, sehr wohlwollend große Garage, Preis gerechtfertigt , werden sicherlich nochmals hinfahren, allerdings nicht während der größten Hitze

Ein behaglicher ruhiger Ort
Eine sehr schön helle und sonnendurchflutete Wohnung. In 10 min ist man zu Fuss im Zentrum.

Urlaub für Stadtliebende
Wohnung hell und ausreichend für Selbstversorger ausgestattet, jedoch nicht useren Bedürfnissen entsprechend. Wir werden künftig wieder auf dem Land in moderneren Wohnungen und Ansprechpartnern vor Ort, wohnen. In Tscherms oder Tisens, wie die Jahre zuvor. Ein Versuch war es wert, wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt

Plenty of room
This apartment has an excellent use of space and has plenty of room with a very nice balcony/patio that has an excellent view both day and night. It also comes with its own reserved parking space which is very important since parking in the area is impossible to find. Be aware that this is a loft apartment on the third floor of an apartment building without an elevator. When we were there it was extremely hot and the apartment does not have air conditioning or a fan. One very important thing to know is that, although the apartment lists wi-fi under amenities, the overview states “wi-fi available”. This apartment does NOT include wi-fi. It does have a my-fi available but you have to go to Vodafone and buy a SIM card pay for data to be able to have access to the internet. The smallest data package they have is 35G for 40 euro adding additional cost and inconvenience to your stay. If the owner supplied a fan and wi-fi, this would be a five star property.

Top Wohnung, Top Lage
Eine individuelle große Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Sie liegt in einem sehr guten ruhigen Wohngebiet und doch nahe am Stadtzentrum. Danke für die schöne Zeit! Anja und Wilhelm

A lovely spacious & airy apartment in easy walking distance of Merano town centre. Made an ideal location for our hiking holiday. The private parking space was especially appreciated
