“An excellent location for venturing on foot to the Bund, the main strip, and the historic colonial centre of Shanghai, with tons of local eateries and stores. The hotel has great, modern, comfortable rooms, and it is well-priced. However, I travelled to Shanghai a few times about 10 years ago, and I was surprised by the low service levels and the English proficiency of the young staff at all the hotels I stayed in on this trip.”

“No complaints at all. Travel with family and stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. From check-in to the day we checked out, we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. All staffs were helpful and able to communicate in English. Love the butler service. Staffs were friendly and always willing to help - offer dining recommendations or bringing coffee to your room when ran out in the lobby.”

“Overordnet er dette et hotell med ekstremt hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. De har god og stor frokost og er ungdommelig. Det kan være noe trafikkstøy, men man får tildelt ørepropper. Størrelsen på rommene er stor. Plasseringsmessig er det ikke det mest sentrale, MEN det er sentralt for prisen!! Om man sykler, så er ting veldig i nærheten. Anbefaler å leie bysykkel, det er veldig billig og kan gjøres direkte ved å scanne sykkel-qr-koden direkte i Alipay. (Dette tar litt tid første gang man...

“The hotel is a beautiful property but our room was not cleaned properly - crumbs were left by previous guests and were still there when we left after 2 nights (with maid services during our stay!). The temperature control for the shower also did not work well. The gym was small but clean. Breakfast buffer was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and quality.”
