“Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do.
Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

“The rooms we had were spotless, and they’re huge. Staff were friendly, and helpful. I cannot emphasize enough how well we were treated.
There’s no elevator, it didn’t bother us - we were offered help with our bags at check-in and out.
Great location. This may be my new Seattle hotel. ”

“Staff was exceptional and friendly. Room could be cleaner and sheets on sofa bed were dirty, no extra blankets for sofa bed, had to go down and get clean sheets/blankets. Overall a great location, clean hotel, wonderful staff. Breakfast was a step up from continental . ”
