“Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy. The biggest issue was the room. We experienced a significant ant problem throughout our stay. While the staff did spray the room, the problem continued regardless. “Did not know there was a $5 parking fee that was added when I checked out. Room was clean and comfy.”

“I understand that they are renovating the hotel. But in the shower was grout that was stuck to the main area of the shower. The toilet seal was super dirty and moldy. And the faucet in the restroom was also stained with grout. Breakfast was cold. But De’Angela was a beautiful soul that greeted us with such positivity that we needed after a long stressful day of driving.”

“The place looked very questionable/dirty upon arrival. Smoke smell in hallway as they offer smoking rooms. Side door near the room I had looked shattered. Building material was stacked in the hallway. Ice machine appeared very dirty. I would have left if I could have received a refund.”
