“Phenomenal staff, the warm cookie each evening is a nice touch. The rooms themselves are rather dated, even the television sets are smaller (42”) outdated LCD panels. I understand that they work, but you will need to bring your own device. One central microwave is available in the business center downstairs, but there’s no way to know that. Having said that, the bar and food is really good! And again, I can’t speak highly enough about the staff.”

“The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and had a variety of food. Our suite was very clean and spacious for our family of 4 for a 3 day weekend. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Reception/Guest Services were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. It was within 20-25 minutes of the zoo, union station and the downtown and within minutes of the Westport Plaza....

“A/C didn’t work in the room. We asked front to fix it. My daughter ended up fixing it. The maids service was lacking. We didn’t get the room we booked. We booked a suite and we got a regular room. ”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very clean and well taken care of, Breakfast had a big variety and was delicious. Parking is easy to manuever and is in a covered garage. We have stayed here a few times and keep coming back. ”

“The room and basically the entire place had a very strong paint odor which made me nauseous. Also, a lamp was burned out in the bedroom and I was told it would be replaced first thing in the morning, yet two mornings later it still hasn't been done. We were over charged $100 because we booked through Expedia. But at check-in I was told I would still receive a special advertised rate due to our specific destination in St. Louis, and that the overcharge would be credited back onto our debit card...

“As of March 2026 end, the property was open but not finished. Main driving entrance closed to traffic. Contractors working -- loudly -- in various parts of the building...including sleeping rooms. No gym yet. No pictures on the room walls. No soap dish. Sleeping room a generous size. Nice desk. Good lighting. Make sure you know where your room will be before you head up the elevator. Staff still learning. Asked for a room close to the elevator and was assigned to a room all the way down the...
