“We had a lovely stay at the Cottages and feel as though we found such a GEM of a place. We definitely hope to come back! It was absolutely perfect for us and the attention to detail was truly amazing. We appreciated the kitchenette to cook in. The outside sitting area was so perfect! We LOVED how close to the downtown area of Wolfeboro it was--the location is perfect. Nice and quiet, which we also appreciated. Thank you SO MUCH!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Grandma’s with our two little boys and dog. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location for our weekend ice fishing trip! We enjoyed walking the rail trail, watching ducks by the dock, passing snowmobiles, and playing puzzles/games. Highly recommend for a family getaway. We would definitely stay again.”

“It was infested with bugs mostly ladybugs everywhere dead and alive. I even found a dead ladybug in my bed. It’s was nasty other than that it was ok but the bugs everywhere was quite uncomfortable!”

“This cottage is a perfect place to stay! It has everything you could think of for staying on a lake - lake toys, a great dock, a sandy beach, a fire pit, places to walk, a screened porch with seating and eating areas, great views, etc. etc.! Karl is a great host. We had a fabulous week.”

“The photos do not accurately convey how small this cottage was. There is a porch maybe 4 feet deep and 20 feet wide that is unheated and also contains the kitchen. Pass through a sticky door and you're in the bedroom which has maybe 30" of space on either side of a queen bed. There's a sketchy looking ladder to a loft space that a toddler couldn't stand up in. The entire building isn't level. The bed frame was failing to the point that it felt like a sneeze in the middle of the night would...

“This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed.”
