Lake Winnipesaukee Waterfront Home - Private Dock Space Included


A lakefront home in Meredith, NH ready for the whole family. Bring your boat and take advantage of the private dock space available for you and your guests. Outdoor gathering spaces are abundant - a sprawling deck on the main floor that spans the whole length of the house, a fire pit and a Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake below, and your private dock for either hanging out taking a dip or docking your boat.

The house has a large kitchen and 2 living areas on the main floor. One bedroom on the main floor has a bathroom within, and the second bedroom has a bathroom close by. The bottom floor consists of two bedrooms , one of which has a sitting area and slider doors out to the outdoor space. One bathroom is also located on the bottom floor. Beautiful lakefront views from both bedrooms, and close access to the dock and outdoor areas.

Conveniences available for guest use include a kitchen with necessary cooking supplies and dishware, beach chairs for use on dock area, and a grill for cooking outside.

A sandy beach and boat launch is a short walk down the road, making it easy to take your boat in and out of the water - the association beach and boat launch are available for guest use during your stay.

The property has a shared driveway with 3 additional cottages set back from the lake and rental property.

Well behaved dogs may be allowed - please tell us about your dog.

Minor updates to furnishings may occur leading up to booking.

Week at the lake

Perfect for a Family (or friends) Gathering

This cabin had ample room for 4 couples. Bedrooms were adequate, the common areas spacious. (The entire house was super clean and all appliances nearly new.) However, we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the wonderful location overlooking the lake! The deck was perfect for meals, down by the dock fun for "happy hour", and the fire pit perfect for afternoon reading and evening fires. We enjoyed the kayaks and rowboat provided. The host was pleasant and available to answer questions when needed. We highly recommend this rental.

Can’t wait to go back!

This was a vacation to remember for all the right reasons! The home was right on the lake as advertised with peaceful views and a dock that’s great for fishing and kayaking. Everything was clean upon arrival, and the kitchen and grill were perfect for cooking family dinners. There was even a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bring your marshmallows because the fire pit will be ready for s’mores when you rent this little slice of Heaven on the lake.

Great vacation!!!

We have been renting at the lake for 9 years. This property had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the lake!!! Great location within minutes to downtown Meredith and a quick boat ride to great restaurants. Property was very clean and the owner was helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Great vacation

We were all impressed with how clean and well appointed this home and property are. Everything from the kitchen to the grill to the bedrooms to the outdoor sitting area, and the dock were all great. The host greeted us as we checked in and made us feel comfortable. They were attentive to any needs. We had during the week, but otherwise left us alone to enjoy our time.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable.

First time in years my grown kids and I were all together at the same time for a real family vacation, and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for everyone, great layout and incredibly clean. Kitchen had everything we could need and then some, beds and linens were so comfortable, everything was well organized. Outside are several sitting areas so there’s a place for everyone. We brought our boat and they have a special system for docking that works well, water depth is good too. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. One thing to note is you have to walk thru the 4th bedroom/sitting room downstairs to access outside — it’s not a separate bedroom w/a door. It wasn’t a problem at all for our family but if someone is expecting privacy they should be aware of that. We all loved every minute of our time there and would definitely stay again!

Fourth of July week

Clean and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and lovely towels and bed linens. Appreciated easy to use propane grill, umbrella on dock, S'mores skewers, wood for firepit, fresh beach towels, and many other thoughtful touches, including Fourth of July decorations. Quick drive in to Meredith but felt far away and peaceful. Able to see Weir's Beach fireworks from dock, but even better was full show just across the lake! Everything as shown in listing description and pictures.

excellent house and location

the house was clean and well laid out. right on water with nice dock. host was easy to deal with and was right there if we needed anything. the house was very clean and is setup well for a group of 4 couples or a family. we went with 4 couples for bike week and we all had our privacy. 3 full bathrooms is great for getting ready in the am. would defintily stay there again.
