“Sød og venlig familie og et fint værelse. Billederne af strand er dog ikke fra Palompon, men formentlig fra Kalanggaman Island, som ligger en times sejlads fra byen. Stranden i Palompon ligger ca. 3km fra overnatningsstedet og er langtfra så smuk, som stranden på billedet. Der er ikke meget at lave i Palompon, men søger du samvær med en sød filippinsk familie, er dette stedet.”

“I didn’t like space for the toilet seat as it was tiny and I need space for my legs to be comfortably seated while I clean myself. The water pressure of the shower wasn’t normal. It felt like a trickle and it took so long for me to rinse off. Sleeping on the bed was not the best experience because I was scratching my leg area the whole night. I couldn’t be sure if it was caused by dust or insects.”

“My only complaint is that there was a party on the second floor that migrated to the third. My friend had to go out in the hall and ask the partiers to keep it quiet. When we checked out, I told the manager about it. She was understanding but noted that that other group had a reservation, too. I reminded the manager that other guests have to respect their neighbors who may be trying to sleep. She said that she would make a not of it. “Staff were very helpful, we can’t complain and breakfast was good but no restaurant for more choices! Overall it was a good stay and we got a discount via no fee of extra bed! Thanks to the young fellows working there!”

“The air conditioner leaked the entire time. Their fix was to put a rug where it dripped which was right in the walkway to the bathroom. The food was pretty expensive compared to the rest of the area nearby. The roads to the resort caused us to wreck and also I heard there was three other wrecks the same week. The pools are all empty and although the staff worked on one everyday, we never were able to swim in the pools. The island is beautiful of course but that isn’t really the resorts...
