This fully furnished home, directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Yucatan, offers tranquility in the mature courtyard garden with pool. A fully walled and gated yard with off-street parking. Withing walking distance to local restaurants and shopping in the quiet fishing village of Chelem.
An inviting rooftop terrace offers panoramic sunrise and sunset views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your coffee from the covered deck listening to the sounds of the waves. Immerse your toes in the sand of one of the most breathtaking beaches in the Yucatan, fish off the nearby Chelem dock, or lounge by the pool oasis.
Wake to the beautiful water view in the spacious main bedroom that offers a king-size mattress, closet, AC, oversize ensuite bathroom with double sinks and direct access to the seaside patio and beach.
Your guests can stay in a large 2nd bedroom that has a queen-size mattress, closet, lounging area, TV, AC, sliding glass door that accesses the courtyard and is located next to the guest bathroom.
If you need more space, ask about the 1 bedroom, 1 bath casita located on the same property.

The Neighborhood:
It would be easy to spend your stay enjoying the beach just outside your door. But if you want to explore a little more, make the 20 min drive to the newly renovated Puerto Progreso Malecon, a 30 min drive to the beautiful Merida. Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Izamal (The City of Gold), Santa Barbara cenotes and many, many more historical Mayan sites are within a 2-hour drive. No car? That’s ok, Tuk tuks, taxis, Uber, and private drivers are all available for hire.

Getting Around:
There are Tuk tuks, Uber, combi bus, and private drivers in the area.

Other Things to Note:
Because we are a small fishing village on the Gulf of Mexico the area can have power and internet outages. If this should happen the hosts will do everything in their power to get these services restored however there will be no refunds or discounts due to loss of utility services.
