“Generally, a very nice hotel, with great oceanfront location, except there are touches that do not meet the standard, given the hotel rating and pricing. The most disappointing issue was the on-site restaurant service at Tula. We had a miserable lunch service where the food and drink order was over an hour wait. Then we had breakfast the next day, and it took almost 2 hours to be served, as they mishandled our orders and had to restart the orders. The food was just OK. Also, room service...

“Amazing location and the staff at the tiki bar were great. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The room had a few roaches, floor and shower were dirty and kitchen appliances were dirty too. We could not use the kitchen, our main reason to stay here. We will not be back.”

“The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow”

“The property was under construction and drilling and construction noise was going on the whole 3 days we were there. No solutions other than we are are sorry. Pool closed to our building no parking. We had to park two building down and use an over packed pool for another building that was opened. Over all a very crappy stay.”

Access to the premises was very tedious; the check-out system requires too much information and, ultimately, does not function properly, causing delays in gaining entry. Customer service is poor. The room itself is beautiful and clean, but very small and uncomfortable.”
