Hotel vicino a Merrick Park - Springfield

“La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Le zone comuni avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovate. A due passi dal casinò. Colazione discreta. Personale gentile. Nel complesso non mi è piaciuto.”

“A cozy Inn, in a good location, a nice decoration and a wonderful breakfast: we recommend it!”

“Clean room and comfy mattresses. The place allows pets which found us waiting for the next elevator so the guest with the barely controllable Pitt bulls could go ahead. The person at check-in seemed like she was juggling a lot of other people’s duties but was quick, efficient and very accommodating. The room was basic but quiet enough. “sorprendente la piscina e il centrofitness, soprattutto per quel prezzo.”

“Clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff and also complimentary breakfast daily. I would recommend to anyone they have 5 stars from me with everything”

“stayed 1 night with my family. Enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Rooms are very clean but mosto of all the staff at the reception are just great and very kind in helping us. ”

This one was well below the standards and does not need to have the Comfort Inn name attached to it. The standards and level of maintenance is well below anything an average travelet would expect. After checking in we were assigned to room 407. Our first impression was to see that there was a huge dent in the bed. It resembled a bowl. There were...

“Could not believe how expensive almost ALL hotels were in MA. This was not a great value for the money - but it was one of the few options we were willing to pay for. Definitely NOT worth the cost, but then I suspect most options weren't.”
