Room was fine, breakfast was fine but should've been notified the pool & hot tub were broken. All we got was a note on the pool door when we arrived. They knew for several days.The TV remote had a problem. Battery door missing and tape to hold the batteries in the remote.

Absolutely awful do not waste your time here... walls are paper thin you can hear doors slamming, dogs barking, and cleanliness dogs not meet expectations. Asked to check out a day early, they took my name and contact information but ultimately was misled into no resolution.
